Hello, my name’s Tom and I’m a writer, podcaster and creator of The House of Plethora, with a nose for all things that do not concern me in the slightest!
I can’t help myself! The world that we live in and the people we live in it with are simply and utterly fascinating to me, and I just have to know all about it all.
Pronounced Pleth-uh-ruh, and meaning an excessive quantity or abundance, The House of Plethora simply means that this is a space of no limitation (in the creative sense, of course). It’s the House of plenty, but made it fancier for no other reason than I decided to make it that way.
In this space you'll encounter a kaleidoscope of curious topics that will be swirling in your head for days after you have read them. From our podcast “Poddy Rants”, to news articles, opinion pieces and features all written in a fusion of writing styles from myself and guest writers.
So, whether you seek a fresh opinion on current affairs, fancy a trip down the spiral of conspiracy theories to challenge your imagination, or if you’re simply in need of a respite from the mundane and ordinary - step inside The House of Plethora.
But there are some house rules to observe:
